MEIPS is a comprehensive enterprise IP billing, accounting and traffic management solution for tracking of all calls and data communication across converged IP and traditional telephony networks.
The Cisco AVVID Partner Program is an interoperability testing and co-marketing program enabling leading product and services firms to deploy innovative e-business solutions. The program provides enterprise customers with Cisco AVVID Partner products and services that have been tested and verified to interoperate with Cisco network technology. The solutions that result from these relationships serve as additional proof points for the New World applications being enabled by Cisco AVVID.
"Cisco's strong standing in the enterprise IP telephony market presents a great opportunity for MIND to expand our long-term established relationship with Cisco in this quickly emerging segment", said Monica Eisinger, President and CEO. "MEIPS integrates MIND technology from two robust and market proven product systems -- our IP services billing and enterprise call accounting solutions. We are very excited about the introduction of MEIPS, and by the continuation of our existing cooperation with Cisco."
Cisco IP Telephony solutions are scalable, distributed and highly available, providing a smooth migration from separate infrastructures to a single converged voice, video and data network. Enterprises benefit from IP-based business applications that enhance employee productivity, customer flexibility and control, as well as exceptional customer service. Companies also benefit from the standards-based, distributed, open architecture - inherent components of Cisco AVVID.
"We are pleased to welcome MIND to the Cisco AVVID Partner Program as a valued provider of billing and management products that utilize converged IP and traditional telephony networks," said Bill Erdman, director of marketing for Cisco's Enterprise Voice Business Unit. "Customers are looking to Cisco to integrate and enhance the functionality and ease of use of Enterprise telephony systems across an IP infrastructure and our AVVID program partners like MIND are key to helping us achieve those objectives."
MEIPS features web-based tools for the tracking of all calls and data and a powerful query generator for up-to-the-minute reporting, providing enterprises with the means to determine the efficient allocation of telecom and network resources. MEIPS reports provide a unified view of network costs and traffic for the strategic planning, auditing and reconciliation of communication budgets.
