Monica Iancu founded MIND in 1995 and served as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer until October 2024. From its inception she has served as a member of the Board of Directors and since November 2024, as Chair of the Board. Monica rejoined the Company as Interim Chief Executive Officer in July 2026. Monica holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications, with expertise in voice and data integration over Ethernet, from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
