Mr. Tenne has served as an independent director of our company since August 2014. Mr. Tenne serves as a director at AudioCodes Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: AUDC), at OPC Energy Ltd. (TASE: OPCE), at ElectReon Wireless Ltd. (TASE: ELWS), at Sapir Corp Ltd. (TASE: SPIR), and at Tarya Israel Ltd. (TASE: TRA). From 2017 to 2023, Mr. Tenne served as a financial executive at Itamar Medical Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed company that was acquired by ZOLL Medical Corporation in December 2021. From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Tenne served as the CFO and VP Finance of Itamar Medical Ltd. From 2005 to 2013, Mr. Tenne served as the CFO of Ormat Technologies, Inc. (NYSE and TASE: ORA). From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Tenne was the Chief Financial Officer of Treofan Germany GmbH & Co. KG, a German company. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Tenne was a partner in PwC Israel. Mr. Tenne holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics and an M.B.A. degree from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Tenne is also a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
