Based on our methodology and vast experience, we assign a skilled deployment team to ensure smooth project execution. The team includes a professional project manager that has the overall responsibility for any post-sale activities. MIND’s project managers work closely with our customers to deliver project plans, scope of work, solution architecture design and deployment & ATP, monitor progress, ensure quality delivery and many other activities that maximize the capabilities of our product and minimize risks with our customers.
The deployment also includes a comprehensive ATP service. We use the testing methodology according to IEEE and ISO standards, as well as specific testing tools within the User Acceptance process flow in order to simulate the following:
Validating system set-up for transactions and user access
Confirming system use in performing business processes
Verifying performance in critical business scenarios
Confirming the integrity of converted and additional data
Assessment and sign off of go-live readiness
